The History

I had started my business in 1984 from a small office without electicity from north Karachi, and in a few months I had moved to my own Office with the name of "KHALID ESTATE SERVICES" on main Road of North Karachi. Sector No. 5-C/2.
After two years I had shifted in one of the Posh area of North Karachi Sector # 11-A, and did my business there 9 years, and after the voilance consequences I had moved to D.H.A, and started my business there with the name of "PACIFICE ESTATE" on KH-E-MUJAHID Phase-V, stadium Commercial Area, and run that office upto 2 years and then I had moved in one of my best friend's office "MUHAMMADI ASSOCIATES" in Phase II-Extn, DHA, Karachi, and after having spend my 4 four years there now I Have settled out my new office with the name of "AL-HUDA ESTATES & BUILDERS" with one of my best partner and investor MR. MUHAMMAD SHAHZAD KHAN.
